Pariter has lined up a trio of classic house reissues for your enjoyment this Spring. They come from Smooth & Simmonds who are famous for managing to smooth out the differences between house, garage and techno and are firm favourites of deep-digging heads for that reason. All of these cuts - which like the other two EPs have been freshly remastered for the occasion - are some 30-odd years old and are textbook examples of timeless grooves. 'Climax' has tight, kinetic drums that punch out an irresistible pattern as swirling pads fishing them off up top in some style.

Two years since their last EP, the Mandar trio—Lazare Hoche, Malin Genie, and S.A.M.—return with a dynamic 4-track EP released on Yoyaku’s flagship label. This release blends intricate acid lines, dub-infused synths, and rapid-fire rhythms, crafting a soundscape primed for peak club moments. This EP is poised to captivate dance floors with its masterful energy and timing.

Sushitech is back with another of its sublime vinyl-only projects and this one focuses on the work of Dexter. There will be three 12"s in all that draw together some of the producer's finest moments. He is a truly cult figure amongst those who know and he served up a fresh take on tech, acid, dub and house between 1997 and 2004 when these tracks were first made - if you can find any of those original records prepare to pay loads for them, or else dive into Past Moves I. It has a brace of slick, tightly programmed cuts underpinned by rolling pads with lovely lo-fi pads up top. Heady stuff.

Amsterdam's Locked-In imprint continues its hot streak with LKDNV07, a four-track EP by Offenbach's Tom Ries titled "Comeback Kid." This release showcases Ries' talent for crafting immersive, emotionally charged house narratives.The title track sets a warm, rolling groove with organic percussion and lush synths, creating a hypnotic late-night vibe. "Deepfried Diversion" blends soulful keys with driving rhythms for a true dancefloor odyssey.On the B-side, "One Eighty" combines classic house sensibilities with modern flair, featuring an undulating bassline and ethereal melodies. The EP concludes with "Rieses Pieces," a transcendent exploration of pure groove with interlocking rhythms and euphoric breakdowns.

Oslo collective Det Gode Selskab continue to expand on their artillery of refined club leaning music this summer as they invite Dutch artist Shakèd to the table. His versatile sound in the past decade, has led to his productions continuously evolving reaching this pinnacle point where he manages to construct a blend of distinct atmospheres tilting in sleek minimalistic direction. Stripped back sophistication throughout as the prolific artist shares the “Space Invader” EP.EP opener “Right Nothing” leads the way as it meanders between hypnotic textures and tight plucky drums. The elasticated bass line is the driving force of the track, as intricately arranged twisted bleeps wander in the haze of the night. The title track “Space Invader” is a futuristic blend of robotic movements, pensive vocoders and classic minimal energy. A masterfully arranged body of work to take the dance floor on a trip. Closing out the A side is “Space Invader (Earth Landing), an intermission from another galaxy, with a winding bass simmering on the surface.Still lurking in the realms of the darkness is “14143”, a progressive outing with a pulsating bass, and alien-like communications. Another otherworldly outing that lands you directly in underground rave territory. A quirky noughties house vibe in the final “Whatever”, punchy yet still pleasantly dusty drums tease you into the final lap. An enormous party-starting beat as the EP comes to an end. Making this a four out of four package for your record bag for various times of the night, and locations.The DGS label and events have built a solid foundation over the years for their passion and driven energy, curating a label that never shies from straining boundaries, and all inclusive parties in off kilter locations. The energy of artist and label is a perfect match here and is sure to be appearing on dance floors around the world.

Smart Alex, the brainchild of Laurant Webb and Dave Coker from the iconic Housey Doingz, has unveiled a standout reissue single on Sushitech. Specially Hot is a massive house sound system track that has been a secret weapon for Fabric residents for many years. The A side also includes a groove-laden chugger, never before released remix. Blow Your mind on the flip side is an original massive dub tracks. This heavyweight release seamlessly blending the original London house sound with Sushitech's distinctive dub-based style.
