For its landmark 20th anniversary, Apnea Records proudly presents XX, a double 12" compilation that chronicles the label's journey from its inception to its current cutting-edge form. Featuring both original innovators and fresh talents from its recent relaunch, this release is a sonic time capsule and a forward-looking statement. Spanning from deep techno to Detroit-infused house, Jamal Moss's abstract house, electro, and E.R.P.'s signature machine funk, XX dives into the label's broad sonic spectrum. With contributions from Alex Under, Damian Schwartz, Jamal Moss, E.R.P., Dopplereffekt, Thomas Brinkmann, and Kyle Hall & Kero, this collection serves as both a reflection of Apnea's past and a bold vision for the future.

We started this - Capricho Edition - Only Vinyl adventure, with music that we connected over the course of the life of the historic club we created in Mexico City: Capricho Studio Club.We connected with many freaks and high-level human beings, with compositions in hand that undoubtedly match with what we felt and this is the result. From France and with the heart in Capricho this beautiful composition is by Moogly and Sabrina that includes a remix of the legend: Ark and this ep includes also a bonus track by Moogly. This ep is legit, classy with a twisted and minimalist touch perfect to make all your fantasies come true.
Long-time electro stalwart Carl Finlow is the man behind the Random Factor alias. He started it back in 1994 and it has given rise to four full lengths on 20/20 Vision, which is where he now returns with his first new long player in 15 years. Silencer is a superb return to form with a mix of electro-pop that is laden with indelible melodies, granular vocoders, angelic vocals and the occasion back room, heads down electro banger. As always these cuts are second to none with bumping electro-funkers like 'Adulterant' and celestial trips like 'Lab Grown' perfect for back rooms.
Serenity is a mental health charity label that is now back with more sonic gold, this time in the form of a reissue of Marco Bernardi aka Octogen's 'The Journeyman' from 2008 on Soma Recordings. It is an immersive, emotive sound with lush and ethereal pads and a moody bassline that keeps you locked. The B-side offers two original tracks from Bernardi 'Travelling to the Sun' is one to hypnotise floors with its hypnotic chimes and raw drums, while 'Little Tiny Crickets' delivers a fast-paced IDM twist with some killer synth work. As always, proceeds go to charity this time Papyrus UK who support youth suicide prevention and MusicSpace.
Bosconi is arguably one of the most prolific labels in the Italian electronic music scene, always looking for freshness and innovation as well as undiscovered and rare gems thanks to the work of DJ and music researcher Fabio Della Torre. This time, Bosconi brings you to the special world of Sound Virus: the UK producer duo responsible for super rare EPs such as “Swirl” and “Inverted Frequencies”. These highly sought after records were released on their own imprint Lux recordings back in '95, and are about to get arepress on Mint Condition.
Found on some misplaced old warped cassette tapes from the 90s, ‘The One’ was recreated using the original TriForm studio equipment. ‘Within’ is a more recent TriForm track, recorded in a late night studio session. ‘Day Break’ was developed from a live jam track performed at a Seekers party in Berlin’s Hoppetosse
System Error is proud to present our first LP, a feature length presentation from Vortex. A dedicated DJ since the ‘90s and deeply rooted in the Neapolitan underground, his highly technical, delicate sound is beautifully presented on this LP. Crafted exclusively with analogue machines, the LP seamlessly melds influences from House, Acid, Techno, Trance, and IDM, for a masterfully curated journey. This record is dedicated to Cristiano’s family, and to Franco and Alfredo, with love, wherever you are.
