Sushitech never serves up anything less than high-class tech, house and dub and that is once more the case with the latest reissue project. This one turns its attention to a 1999 gem by Land-based Get Fucked. Originally dropped on the Eukahouse label and soon beaching a cult classic of the new millennium, it now arrives on a fresh 10" in two different forms. Up first is 'Dreams Are Made' Sweet Mix which is stylish deep tech with muffled vocals and heady pads, then Kenneth Graham brings his 'She Likes To Ed-It remix' to the flip and makes things even more deep and dubby.

For our second disc of ‘24, ONO returns to the club with ‘Tek Code’, a brilliant EP from exciting up-and-coming Boorloo artist, Beltrac.Across five tracks, Beltrac serves up his fresh and considered sound. Spanning dubbed-out minimal rollers that hark back to the sleazy, smoke-infused tech-house of the late '90s and early 2000s. Into exhilarating excursions into frenetic drums and deep bass that display Beltrac’s penchant for rhythm construction and sound design. Setting the tone and tempo for Side B of the disc, Echo Response receives the remix treatment from Eora dub king Command D, who mutates the wonky bass chug of the Side A closer into a hazy after hours dub techno strider.Combining careful attention to detail and excellent technical production with an undeniable sense of groove, Beltrac delivers a club ready EP that tickles our brain while keeping our body moving. Turn it up loud, this one’s for the late night crew.

Amid the swirling haze, they encounter Mycela, the enigmatic queen of this fungal dominion. Her presence is both mesmerizing and unsettling, her voice whispering secrets that seem to echo through the very soil beneath their feet. But soon, the veil of mystique tears open, revealing a darker truth: Mycela is no queen, but a powerful sorceress with a notorious cube and dark, twisting plans. Confused and spiraling into delirium, the travelers struggle to break free from the spore's grip before it consumes them entirely…Ekkel is back with a second chapter on Junction Forest. If ever a producer could be hailed as the true heir to New York's storied house music throne, it's undoubtedly Mike Terra—and his new, seriously weighty Rhythm of Love EP on Nat Wendell's Depths imprint is a testament to that in strides. The EP begins with the peak-time infectiousness of A1 "7th & C," setting the commanding tone for what's to come. The fittingly Big Apple-titled A2 "27th Street (Dub Mix)" follows, a rollicking shuffler whose fat kicks, stabbing synths, and snapping cymbals recall Johnick's steamier cuts. New York in the 90’s is indeed the frame of reference for this EP, and the B-side finds Terra doing what he does best: creating bumping, stomping, and uplifting must-have workouts for the floor. Whether you prefer the swarthy slapping, Todd Terry-esque groove of title track B1 "Rhythm of Love" or the conga-driven, deep-padded chunk of late-night house that isB2 "City Got You Trippin'," a late-night jam crafted for those still standing, both tracks are bound to find their places in the record bags of DJs—and heads—worldwide.
