In July 2005, 5 Magazine began appearing at festivals, in shops and in clubs all around Chicago with a mission of bringing the unstoppable power of underground house music to every part of the city and every corner of the world. Twenty years later, they’re celebrating with their first vinyl-only release. WITH LOVE features three foundational Chicago house music artists — Mike Dunn, Roy Davis Jr. and Jamie 3:26 & Danou P. — who are vital figures in both its history and in providing the energy and music that pushes the scene forward into the future. WITH LOVE also features bespoke cover art — a collage made up of almost 100 photos from 5 Mag’s archives, spanning 20 years of the people, places and parties that make up the Chicago house music scene.

After years of friendship and sound fragmentation, Felipe Valenzuela and Federico Molinari have succeeded in capturing and distilling their unique musical perspective into a single frame.Throughout this process, these two minds from across the Andes have developed numerous productions with a broad, multidirectional genre range.This release features four tracks, each with its own distinct identity. The A1 track, FORCED TO THE SCALES, which lends its name to the EP, blends elements of Spanish classical music with a futuristic edge, seamlessly adapting to various moments within a set.The second track on side A, RAPS TIGHT, is an experiment born from the same session, where a subtle sensitivity is expressed through a a slow beat, enveloped in a harmonious world.On side B, 503 emerges from a different creative process, combining two divergent paths that naturally intersect, resulting in a track full of energy and dynamism.The EP closes with DEAD MAN, a one-shot recording that, through its raw spontaneity, encapsulates the conclusion of a fragmented journey within a frame full of versatility.

Audiotech is one of the many visionary aliases of Juan Atkins, the Detroit pioneer widely recognized as one of the originators of techno. Originally released in 1987 on Express Records, "I'm Your Audio Tech" captures a crucial moment in the evolution of electronic music -- when raw machine funk and futuristic minimalism merged to form the Detroit sound. Now, nearly four decades later, this classic returns newly remastered and presented for the first time on Metroplex, the label founded by Atkins himself. The reissue preserves the deep pulse and metallic warmth of the original, giving new clarity to its hypnotic basslines and mechanized rhythm patterns that defined an era of innovation. A timeless piece of Detroit's musical DNA -- meticulously restored for a new generation of listeners and collectors.

Island Beats Music welcomes back Dani Labb, a friend of the house, for his second release on the label. This time, he presents Inclementia, an EP that explores the intersection of memory, fiction, and sound. Inspired by the dystopian worlds of the video games that shaped his childhood, the record reinterprets those immersive narratives through evocative atmospheres, sonic references, and a raw aesthetic that reflects the weight of confinement. Through electronic textures and fragments of a digital past, Inclementia not only pays tribute to those universes but transforms them into a space of its own, where music becomes the only escape. Phoenix-based DJ and producer, Paul West, steps out with his debut EP "Blue Sun", on Rocky Hill, serving up a first slice of grit on wax. Blue Sun opens on the A-side with three moody 808 workouts, tipping the hat to Motor City atmospheres while keeping things raw and warm.
