The ability to spread audio-confusion.isn't a gift possessible by just anybody, but French pushers Time To Panic are certainly among the more natural prodigies in the discipline. Sowing the seeds of chaos, distortion and gyration wherever they go, they here welcome newcomer ILDEC to the fold for a new EP, 'Whatever You Want', which blends tropes from oldkskool acid trance and rave with a dungeon-esque palette and what sounds like made up videogame samples, the highlights being the farty electroclash number 'Shawarma Up' and the wally cruncher 'Watching The Loop'.

Spanish electro maestro Oligo, we’ll have you know, made a huge crock of acid techno in the 90s, and this fact alone is clearly more than enough impetus to release them afresh in the 2020s. Never-released-before storms of heat come through on this huge tooly LP, which features over 8 tracks and 12 locked grooves - highlights include the bouncy ‘X02’ tracks and the faux-blase-titled ‘My Acid 2’ . In true fashion for something so headsy and utilitarian, let’s say, this is a limited edition of just 25 hand-stamped white label test pressings. So act fast before these ones inevitably end up in the hands of someone else!
Shortly after Arnic's debut on the imprint, Tresydos is back for its second EP of 2023 with another fresh talent. Signed by Italian artist Deyayu, "A Taste Of Intelligence" showcases Alessandro's colourful, deeply cosmic productions. Seamlessly blending elements reminiscent of house, trance, breaks, garage and dub, Deyayu's 4-tracker gathers a versatile collection of contemporary house music drenched in feeling and groove that sits superbly within the evergrowing catalogue of Tresydos. While the EP's A-side is drizzled in interstellar melodies, chunky basslines and bleepy warm textures, its B-side ventures into jazzier territory with "film noir" undertones where syncopated and funky drum programming perfectly complement the bouncy bass and tumbling synth leads.
The DIY label project Caustica Waveforms run by Diffuse Arc a.k.a Persa returns after their last release in 2015 with a marvelous EP containing 3 groovy electro funk cuts. Specially dedicated graffiti artwork with love from Madriz
Gladio Operations inaugurates 2023 with its seventh release titled “Split Machine”, a new series of shared EPs, where in this first episode the producers Jauzas The Shining and Cycloplex go halves on the EP.The French producer returns to Gladio with three cuts which possess his peculiar and characteristic rugged sound. The EP launches with “Business Machines” and “Isla De Encanto”, two powerful cuts with aggressive and noticeable basslines filled-up with dark textures. Jauzas gifts us a last cut titled “Equation”, a nod to the EBM sound, where he preserves the same darkness as in the previous cuts.On side B we encounter the Spanish producer Francisco Aguado, who has recently released his first work under the “Cultivated Electronics” label under his new electro alias, Cycloplex. With two cuts titled “Intercepted” and “Acid Machine”, Cycloplex reveals his particular minimalist vision of electro sound in an abstract journey of excellent monotonous rhythms.
Tripper’s second trip is now ready to shuffle, once again two big rolling house cuts, one x side, crafted by Matteo Floris. Clubbing oriented as per usual, Matteo keeps blending some acid and old school vibrations on top of his characteristic stripped-down grooves serving a warm and uplifting house course.
