For SEVEN's first anniversary, we've brought together a roster of talented artists, each with a distinct style, to reimagine CRYME's hit "London Boy" originally released on The Backroom EP in 2024. This 5-track remix EP features a remastered version of the original alongside fresh interpretations by none other than Ghettotech heavyweight MCR-T, Prog House queen Roza Terenzi, modular wizard JakoJako, and Amsterdam's legendary Stef de Haan as a digital bonus. The Berlin-based artist reshaped the bassline into a gritty reese bass and put in the iconic UK hardcore vocal "your name is not down, you not coming in," perfectly amplifying the track's original UK flair.A2 - CRYME - London Boy (Roza Terenzi Remix)Roza Terenzi joins the "London Boy" Remix EP with a sleek, modern tech house cut. Flipping the distinct 808 cowbells into heavily processed percussive elements that bounce through the mix while carrying a melodic line. Her remix is packed with her quirky yet precise sound design and kinetic frequencies. The original vocal phrases are creatively chopped up into fragments and reassembled so they become part of the rhythmic backbone.B1 - CRYME - London Boy (JakoJako Remix)JakoJako shows off her genre diversity with a steezy Tech House flip of "London Boy." The talented Berlin-based live act lays down a solid drum foundation and a bouncing bassline - no frills, just a steady groove built for the dancefloor. SEVEN welcomes Seoul-based Suman, whose vocal-driven signature sound marks our seventh release.This EP, exclusively showcasing the talents of Korean artists, features longtime affiliates of Seoul’s club FAUST and early friends of SEVEN.The B-side is enriched with two remixes by DAMIE and Mars Parck. While the opening track drives forward with a more energetic, fast-paced vibe, the remaining tracks on the A-Side embrace dreamy, laidback house grooves accented by classic vocals – perfect for a daytime dance.The coloured vinyl edition might be our visually most beautiful yet!!

It sets an energetic foundation for the EP, inviting listeners to explore SEVEN’s distinct sound, balancing house and techno.A2 – Christoph Faust’s remix of Reality Rush is inspired by Detroit. It features a heavier kick, slower tempo, and a more sluggish vibe. He retained the big synth stabs, reversed the vocals, and added familiar old school vocal samples.B1 – Aurora is a stripped back to basics. It has a soothing, laid-back vibe with percussion-driven beats and prominent congas, perfect for a late-night ride through the city.B2 – Orbit Exp. is a groovy house track features ever-changing, pulsating pads that create and release tension, giving the illusion of drifting away in space.

To celebrate our 1st Birthday on 22nd November 2025 we are bringing back a CRYME Classic to the label. Much loved, The Backroom EP was first released by our friend Tom Peters on his Is Serving… label back in 2023.This beautiful collectors edition is in pink and transparent “splatter” vinyl and is now presented for the first time in a beautiful SEVEN cover.This release is strictly limited to 100 copies with no repress. Only available from SEVEN and from our closest record store friends including Elevate, Lattitude, Inch by Inch, OYE Records and CSM.Has the very special CatNum of SEVEN7000 marking its place in history as CRYME’s only Vinyl release from the pre-SEVEN era.
